RN with one year experience and excellent assessment skills
Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment
Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes.
Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including the principles of the Prospective Payment Process (PPS) and Case Mix systems
Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership
