Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Minimum 5 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults, frail seniors, or long-term care populations.
Experience developing and implementing operational goals, policies, and procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Current CPR certification (AHA)
Must meet CMS competency standards before working independently.
Must be fully vaccinated or willing to become vaccinated against:
_Influenza, MMR, Varicella, Tdap/Td, COVID-19, and Hepatitis B_
Comfortable working in varied home environments and all weather conditions
