Minimum three years related hospitality management (or related field) experience required

Customer experience required

Must have a valid driver's license

Successfully pass a motor vehicle check

Occasionally push, pull, lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Read, write and speak English and comprehends basic instructions.

2-year degree highly preferred

Basic knowledge of computers and software including ability to use e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet software

Conversational or proficient in Spanish

10 or more years of digital or E-Commerce experience

5 or more years managing product categories

Experience leading and developing merchant teams

Experience managing online assortment strategy, pricing, product placement, promotions, and profitability

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with ability to travel up to 25 percent

Experience with dropship programs, site merchandising, digital marketing channels, and ecommerce customer experience improvements

Experience supporting both business to consumer and business to business ecommerce strategies
