A minimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience
Demonstrated skills in developing and conducting training
A background in training and safety is required.
The Coordinator must have reliable transportation to travel between sites and the office as needed.
2 years of experience in the security industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education.
If required for assignment, must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Knowledge of training techniques suitable for different learning styles.
Ability to use audio-visual equipment and personal computers.
Ability to identify training needs.
Knowledge of or ability to learn security services and operations.
