High school diploma or GED required.
At least 3 years of material handling or forklift experience in a busy logistics or warehouse setting.
Proven proficiency with Crown equipment and familiarity with Walkie Rider, stand-up, sit-down, and slip sheet lift trucks.
Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and bending throughout shifts.
Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
Flexibility to work mandatory overtime as needed.
Ability to work comfortably in cold storage or warehouse environments.
