Must have at least 2 year of verifiable commercial driving experience, previous flatbed experience preferred. Training is available for those without previous flatbed experience.
Clean MVR
No more than three (3) moving violations within the last thirty-six (36) months.
No more than two (2) preventable accidents within the last twenty-four (24) months
No at fault accidents
Must be able to pass a FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and have no prior FMCSA positive drug and/or alcohol testing or refusals within the last 10 years
Must be able to pass a previous employer and criminal background check.
Owner Operators with arrest and conviction records will be considered pursuant to applicable federal, state, and local laws

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid state driver's license required with ability to perform Vehicle Safety Inspections
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience managing cleaning/custodial, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and pest control programs with strong technical knowledge of building systems
Proven ability to multi-task, organize responsibilities effectively, and work independently as a self-motivated professional to achieve goals and objectives
