Six TX licensed RNs

At least two years of experience in in Behavioral Health or Substance Abuse Disorder in any type of setting

At least two years of experience working in ICU, CCU, or Emergency Department.

Solid experience with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary, especially with Outlook, Excel, Teams, and One Note.

At least 2 years experience in health care, preferably in care management, or experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Registered Nurse (RN).

License must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.

Valid and unrestricted driver's license

Reliable transportation

Adequate auto insurance for job related travel requirements, unless otherwise required by law.

Understanding of the electronic medical record (EMR) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Microsoft Office suite/applicable software program proficiency, and ability to navigate online portals and databases.

Preference will be given to RNs who have been employed by another managed care organization as a case manager.

Bilingual is a plus.

Certified Case Manager (CCM).

Bonus incentives are based on quality metrics

Base salary, plus annual quality bonus with a target of $15,000

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500- $164,000.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)

Current Licensure through the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners OR Licensed Physician Assistant by the Texas State Medical Board

Valid DEA license or the ability to obtain one prior to employment

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency

Completes missions initiated within the timeframe of assigned shift with the understanding that completion of these missions may require additional work beyond normal work hours.

Ensures 10 hours of rest time prior to reporting for the scheduled shift.

Required **Bachelor's Degree** in nursing or associate degree in nursing with acceptance or current enrollment in a BSN program and signed agreement (see comments below) or an associate degree in a related field accepted by the Texas Board of Nursing for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining an RN license or Technical diploma in nursing with acceptance or current enrollment in a BSN program and signed agreement (see comments below) or must be currently enrolled in a nursing bridge program working toward an MSN. Verified BSN-equivalency or a signed agreement is required.

RN - Lic-Registered Nurses by the Texas Board of Nursing or Nurse Licensure Compact

BLS - Cert-Basic Life Support by the American Heart Association

Required 3 years Critical care experience in a pediatric or neonatal intensive care setting OR 3 years Pediatric Emergency Center experience in a Level 1 trauma center with CPEN certification.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards

PASSPORT - US Passport/Int'l Doc by the US Department of State or other appropriate documentation allowing international travel (Required within 4 months of hire)

PALS - Cert-PALS by the American Heart Association (Required within 4 months of hire)

NRP - Cert-Neonatal Resusci Prog American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association. (Required within 4 months of hire)

ACLS - Cert-Adv Cardiac LS ACLS by the American Heart Association (Required within 6 months of hire)

CNPT - Neonatal Pediatric Transport by the National Certification Corporation (Required within 18 months of hire)

CCRN - Critical Care Registered Nurse by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (Required within 18 months of hire)
