Expert Level

Printer Hardware & Mechanics: LaserJet/MFP architecture; trays, rollers, sensors, paper paths, fusers, imaging/transfer systems, formatter boards, scanner/ADF and finishing components

Print Quality & Diagnostics: Recurring jams, print-quality defects, calibration, consumables, device error codes, page counts, prior repairs and controlled comparisons

Firmware & Configuration: Firmware updates/rollback, Embedded Web Server, device settings, event logs;

Networking & Fleet: TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, SNMP/SNMPv3, remote diagnosis, monitoring and fleet configuration;

Windows Print & Security: Print spooler, queues/servers, enterprise drivers, mapping, IPP/IPPS, certificates/TLS, authentication and Secure Print;

Validation & Evidence: Lab reproduction, A/B testing, regression validation, clear evidence packages, remote-versus-onsite judgment and repeatable support playbooks

Preferred: fleet and escalation experience. Enterprise fleets, Managed Print Services, OEM support, multi-vendor devices and complex escalations are valuable. Technical depth matters more than tenure or title.

Trainable after hire. HERO Lab processes, WXP, Intune/UEM, PowerShell, APIs, automation and customer-specific workflows

HP FutureSmart or comparable OEM systems are helpful

HP Web Jetadmin or similar tools are preferred

Universal Print is a plus

Experience with HP-specific tools is helpful, not mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field _or_ combination of education and sales experience in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry

Minimum three to five years of successful sales experience in a senior living, hospitality, or related industry

Background clearances as required by government regulations

Must meet health requirements, including TB
