Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline (or minimum of 10 years of directly related experience in manufacturing engineering en-lieu)
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a direct focus on CNC machining processes & machining automation processes
Experience setting up and operating state-of-the-art automation equipment such as robotics, cobots, AMR's
Deep expertise with a variety of conventional and advanced precision metrology systems (e.g., photogrammetry, CMMs, 3D imaging)
Strong experience with SolidWorks or an equivalent mechanical CAD platform
Comprehensive understanding of standard machine shop manufacturing processes and setups
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong commitment to rigorous safety precautions in both design and practice
Deep understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing concepts
Travel up to 50% of the time during peak periods
