Work overtime and weekend shifts as customer repair demands require.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on mechanical repair, teardown, and assembly experience with industrial rotating equipment, pumps, or mechanical machinery.

Proven ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, engineering cross-sections, shop routers, and technical checklists.

Demonstrated proficiency using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators) and documenting critical fits/clearances.

Working knowledge of electrical wiring or electromechanical assembly.

Ownership of a standard personal roll-around toolbox and basic hand/measurement tools.

Basic computer literacy, including navigation of work order systems and Microsoft Office.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods, maneuver tools, and lift up to 25 pounds

Schedule flexibility to work overtime and weekend shifts as customer repair demands require.

Direct experience with valve automation, electric actuation, or hydraulic/pneumatic controls.

Background working in a fast-paced field service, aftermarket QRC, or dynamic pump/compressor overhaul facility.

Experience conducting hydrostatic pressure testing and operating dynamic balancing machinery.

2nd Shift

Ability to work extremely close tolerances.

Ability to layout and plan machining operations from prints, sketches or verbal instructions with limited supervision.

Advanced knowledge of machine equipment and machining operations of various machines: horizontal and vertical lathes, layout machines, vertical boring mills, horizontal mills, grinders, deburring tools, fixtures, radial and angular drill press, forklifts, cranes and various forms of rigging, jib hoists, personal computers, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.

Advanced knowledge and accuracy in using various measuring devices: micrometers, indicators, calipers, gauges, and other required tools necessary to perform the job.

Full understanding of use for tooling, drawings, work scopes, procedures, specifications and documentation to perform the primary function of the job.

Ability to read and comprehend drawings, sketches, job scopes, and verbal instructions.

Pass annual dimensional inspection tests

Ability to complete layouts of most parts.

High School Diploma or Equivalency

5-8 years' experience with rotating turbo machinery

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

3 to 5+ years of dedicated, hands-on mechanical experience rebuilding and overhauling heavy industrial rotating equipment (centrifugal process pumps, high-voltage actuators, or compressors).

Demonstrated proficiency reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints, engineering cross-sectional drawings, and technical repair specifications.

Ownership of a complete personal roll-around toolbox, standard SAE hand tools, and basic precision measurement instruments.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, navigate active shop bays, and lift up to 50 lbs with a full range of motion.

Flexibility to work overtime, weekend shifts, and emergency turnaround call-outs to support 24/7 industrial plant outage demands.

Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Direct aftermarket repair experience within an industrial pump service center or rotating equipment Quick Response Center (QRC).

In-depth familiarization with API 610 centrifugal pump standards and API 682 mechanical seal arrangements.

Hands-on experience with dynamic rotor balancing, dynamic pressure testing, or valve actuator reconditioning.

5+ years of Subsea or Space Experience

Ability to travel on short notice for extended periods

Written and verbal communication skills in English

Demonstrate ability to use a hydraulic bender and hand bender.

Demonstrate ability to use both hand C&T; tools and C&T; machine.

Follow a route plan with and without racks.

Able to identify and differentiate between Low Pressure, JIC, MP, and HP components.

Able to measure and use mathematical equations to bend tubing.

Ability to bend tubing from ¼ to 1.5 with hand tools, HB Bender, and/or One Shot.

Demonstrate ability to prep tubing to avoid contamination and prepare for either tie in with fittings and or welding.

Standing for prolong periods of time.

Climb up and down ladder numerous times a day.

Work in small spaces.

Able to work outside in various climates.

Ability to use numerous tools for 8 to 12 hours a day while performing these duties.

Frequently required to reach with hands/arms and talk or hear

Required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls

Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
