High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs to waist level and up to 25 lbs above shoulder level
Safety-toed footwear
Safety glasses with side shields
Additional PPE as required
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring/inspection equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Strong mechanical aptitude
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
Warehouse and manufacturing settings
Exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise typical of an industrial environment
Be responsible for assembling, modifying, and packaging products according to customer specifications and Rittal quality and safety standards
