At least 3 years of experience as a Quality Technician in a manufacturing or production environment.
Hands-on experience with measuring tools, including micrometers and other dimensional inspection instruments.
Proficiency in visual inspection and dimensional inspection techniques for components and assemblies.
Strong experience in quality control and quality assurance within a production or assembly setting.
Experience performing quality checks throughout the production process to ensure compliance with specifications.
Mechanical experience with the ability to understand components, assemblies, and production processes.
Ability to assist with non-conformances and collaborate effectively with the supply chain team and supplier quality engineers.
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their application within a Quality Management System.
Ability to follow and enforce assembly work instructions and quality-control programs.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspection, documentation, and record-keeping.
Effective communication skills for working with operations, supply chain, and quality leadership.
Capability to maintain and use calibrated tools and inspection equipment safely and correctly.
Understanding of QMS and HSE management systems and their role in quality and safety performance.
