High school diploma or G.E.D., preferred
Experience in manufacturing setting, preferred (1-2 years)
Forklift experience, preferred
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and engineering drawings.
Basic computer skills for entering production data and operating machine interfaces.
Ability to perform quality inspections using measuring tools, gauges, and visual standards.
Strong attention to detail to ensure gasket placement, size, and quality meet specifications.
Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify maintenance when required.
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands.
Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35-50 pounds throughout the shift.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
Experience operating automated dispensing, CNC, robotic, or gasket application equipment is a plus.
Longer-term lean manufacturing/continuous improvement understanding preferred.
