Degree or equivalent and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
7+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills, both directions: you can extract requirements from business teams who don't speak technical, and you can explain your solutions to people who don't write code
Skilled in SQL with hands-on experience building dashboards in at least one major BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
Strong Python skills, not just scripting, but writing clean, maintainable code for ETL, API integrations, and automation
Skilled in working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), not just familiarity but hands-on delivery experience
Solid understanding of data modeling and BI best practices
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and where they practically apply to reporting and business workflows
Experience replacing or modernizing RPA automations
Background in healthcare, pharma, or distribution
On-site at our Las Colinas office a minimum of two (2) days per week with the remaining days worked remotely
