High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Must be able to work a shift schedule and overtime as needed, including weekends
Must be able to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
Ability to pass a basic reading, math, measurement, parts matching and counting test
Able to read, understand, interpret and follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing specifications
Must be able to manually load or unload materials onto or off of pallets, skids, platforms up to weighing 25-150 lbs
Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus
Manual dexterity using hands, fingers, and arms to push, pull, reach, grab, hold, lift, and hammer
2-5 years of related experience and/or training in a manufacturing environment
2-5 years supervisory experience preferred
5 years' experience in basic programming, editing, setup and operation of CNC machines for precision parts with experience on Doosan, Okuma or Swiss machines with Fanuc controls preferred
Able to setup and edit the G-Code for each part, as well as edit the program, check parts, deburr parts, perform offsets, etc. preferred
Mastercam and/or Solidworks experience a plus
Reading blueprints or job orders for product and job specifications
