Minimum of 5+ years of commercial litigation paralegal experience in a Texas law firm environment
Candidates with substantial civil litigation defense and trial experience will also be considered
Strong knowledge of Texas state court procedures, litigation practices, and e-filing systems
Experience managing complex discovery and large document productions
