Night Shift position: Monday - Thursday 4:00pm - 2:00am

Education: High School Graduate or GED

Experience: 2-4 years of related experience

Computer Skills: Ability to navigate computer screens, open, close and save programs.

This role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a US citizen, lawful permanent resident ["green card" holders], or have refugee or asylee status).

Full-time

MON TUE WED THU FRI 10:00pm - 6:30am

18 years of age or older, due to the nature of work

Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs

Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Prior experience in machining or a related field

6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday

High school diploma or equivalent required.

10+ years of hands-on CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes

Experience working with a variety of materials, including exotic metals and plastics.

Strong skills in precision measurement, inspection techniques, and quality control.

(Mazak, Hass, or similar equipment preferred)

Technical certification, apprenticeship completion, or journeyman machinist program preferred.

Formal CNC programming training (Mazatrol, Haas, Mastercam, or similar) a plus.

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent

A minimum of 4 years of machinist experience.

Familiarity in at least one CNC programming language.

Climbing and maintaining balance on ladders, scaffolds, structures, etc. above and below ground level.

Lifting up to 50 pounds from ground level, waist level, and overhead (occasional).

Carrying up to 50 pounds for 3 feet (occasional).

Bending, kneeling, crouching/squatting and crawling from 1 to 30 minutes at a time.

Reaching for, handling, and manipulating objects and materials in all directions.

Standing.

Hearing with or without correction.

Coordinating eyes, hands, and fingers to operate tools and equipment.

Seeing with or without correction.

Must be able to wear steel toed shoes.

Will be required to participate in hearing loss prevention program.

Proficiency in the programming of CNC Mills and Lathes with CAD CAM is a plus; ProE, GibbsCAM, or Conversational CNC with multi axis programming.

Experience on the following machine tool types: HAAS Machining Centers, Hurco Machining Centers, Servo, Mazak Machining Centers.

Experience with Horizontal multi axis or Vertical with 4th axis rotation with setup and tooling knowledge.

Overhead crane experience.

Handling of NASA flight hardware.
