Speech Language Pathologist
They need to have advanced knowledge of dysphagia and acquired neurological deficits
Can work from newborns to 18+
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology field of study required
CCC-SLP certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association require
TX-SLP license from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation required
2-year professional experience as SLP in pediatric setting (may include clinical fellowship but excludes training completed prior to completion of Masters degree)
