Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, operational analytics, forecasting, reporting, or related disciplines.
Experience working with large datasets, work order management systems, and operational reporting environments.
Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, SQL, Google BigQuery, Excel, and other data visualization and analytics tools.
Understanding of forecasting methodologies, KPI development, and process improvement principles.
