3+ years of experience as a Plumbing Technician, Service Plumber, or similar plumbing service professional
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
Experience in commercial, multi-family, residential, or light commercial plumbing environments preferred
Ability to read and understand work orders, plumbing diagrams, and technical information
Comfortable using mobile devices or tablets for dispatching and job documentation
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to safely operate plumbing hand tools, power tools, and related equipment
Current Texas plumbing license or registration appropriate to the work performed, as required by position responsibilities
Ability to safely perform the essential physical duties of plumbing service work, including lifting and carrying equipment and materials, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in confined spaces
Ability to safely use ladders and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
