High school diploma or general education equivalent (GED).
Zero to two years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, residential upkeep, or general repair work.
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and multi-meters.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout an 8-hour shift.
Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment or supplies safely.
Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
