The base salary range for this position is listed below.

2+ years of employee and performance management experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience

Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience

Experience managing a team of 20+ employees

Experience with process improvements (Lean process, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma)

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field.

Industry experience in: retail, F&B;, military, manufacturing, automotive, biotech, electronics, energy, instrumentation, machinery, defense/aerospace, medical, cosmetics, production or distribution environments.

Medical Doctorate **_or_** Doctor of Philosophy

A successful track record of obtaining federal funding for research and a substantial number of peer reviewed publications

Seven (7) years previous administrative experience as a program director, department head, and/or principal investigator

Knowledge of funding sources for rehabilitation research
