8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar leadership role, preferably within SaaS, automotive technology, or related industries.
Demonstrated experience leading Customer Success teams and driving performance through data, metrics, and operational processes.
Proven track record of managing and scaling Customer Success teams to deliver measurable outcomes across retention, adoption, and expansion.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable for performance.
