2–3 years of experience in construction project engineering, project management, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated understanding of construction means and methods, project scheduling, cost management, and contract administration.
Experience with submittals, RFI management, change order processing, and subcontractor coordination.
Proficiency with project management and construction software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to compile and analyze cost and schedule data.
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and a commitment to maintaining safe job sites.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel to remote project sites on a regular basis; valid driver's license required.
