Four years' direct experience in MarTech with digital marketing products, software, design and technologies as applicable to the assigned product.
Demonstrates the skills and competencies necessary to safely perform the assigned job, determined through on-going skills, competency assessments, and performance evaluations
Sufficient proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing the English language necessary to perform the essential functions of this job, especially with regard to activities impacting patient or employee safety or security
Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a customer service focus and application of positive language principles
Demonstrated project management experience
Ability to communicate with authority on product capabilities and creative solutions utilizing data points and translating technical capabilities into usable business cases for management and leadership.
Proficiency in product and software tools applicable to the role including product capabilities, limitations, and general best practices.
Ability to analyze data sources to evaluate product performance and identify optimizations through effective and clear data storytelling.
Ability to determine creative product experiences and solutions that operate in respect to compliance and regulatory guidelines that are unique to healthcare.
Strong knowledge of UI/UX with respect to product (may include HTML and CSS, knowledge of all major web browsers and plugins, strong understanding of front-end web and style frameworks, and experience with content best-practices).
Experience working with third-party agencies and vendors, overseeing their deliverables and output.
