Night Shift

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in welding and metal processing (FCAW, MIG).

6G welding certification required.

5-10 years of experience in welding and metal processing (FCAW, GMAW, in multiple modes of transfer)

6G certified; eligible for 6G certification.

10+ years of experience in welding, metal processing, and structural fitting.

Certified in 3G and 6G welding and GTAW for all materials, proficient in SMAW.

Skilled in welding in confined spaces using mirrors.

Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.

Ability to lift, move, and/or carry 50 lbs.

Technical education or certification is a plus.

Night Shift

Must be able to pass 3G/ FCAW, 1G/ GMAW- MC and 3G/ GMAW-SC

High school diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of experience in welding and metal processing (FCAW, MIG).

5-10 years of experience in welding, metal processing, and structural fitting.

10+ years of experience in welding, metal processing, and structural fitting.

Certified in SMAW, FCAW, GMAW (all positions).

Experience in COBOT programming.

Experience in AutoCAD.

Work outside, inside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.

Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.

Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.

Work in all types of weather.

Lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 lbs.

RK Mechanical employees and subcontractors must meet safety system requirements, including RK Orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification, and OSHA 10.

Technical education or certification is a plus.

2nd Shift

Be available to work 2nd shift

Work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

This position is for fully competent and qualified Q.C. Inspectors that have three to five years of experience and require minimal supervision in performing the job.

1 - 3 years of experience in pipe fitting or welding

Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed to support production schedules.

Experience in welding NDE, receiving material inspection, structural welding, pipe welding, pipefitting, machining, assembly and/or fabrication environments of Oil and Gas process equipment.

Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings, guidance notes, work instructions, engineering specifications, and industry codes (i.e., ASTM, ASME, AWS, API).

Computer and MS office suite tools literacy.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Be available to work 2nd shift

Background Screening

Physical and drug/alcohol screening

Highly qualified candidates will hold one or multiple of the following technical certifications: * Certified Weld Inspector * AMPP-NACE Level 1. * ASNT Visual Testing (VT) Level 2.
