High School diploma or equivalent
The ability to wear all required personal protective equipment for the position they are assigned to each day. This equipment can include some or all: hard hat, ear plugs, safety glasses, face shield, steel toed boots, cut resistant gloves, cut resistant sleeves, apron, and/or Tyvek suit
Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
Line production is constant flow.
Use of power tools, ex. Sawzall, drill, bandsaw, robot.
The work environment is inside, however not temperature controlled. Exposed to both heat and cold depending on the daily weather conditions outside.
Repetitive turning & twisting during production based on area assigned.
Troubleshoot problems and report issues
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Use of hands and fingers to perform job function.
Ability to stoop, kneel, bend and climb.
Walking during this standing time in work cell, continuous rotation based on area assigned.
Ability to push, tip raw totes, that could weigh up to 150lbs.
Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
Ability to be on feet consistently 8-hours up to a 12-hour day per scheduled shift.
