4+ years with survey design (e.g., KANO, Likert scales, semantic differentials, MaxDiff, conjoint) with a strong understanding of sampling, bias mitigation, and instrument validation
4+ years in statistical analysis (e.g., t-tests, ANOVA, chi-square, correlation, regression) and a strong understanding of confidence intervals, statistical significance, effect sizes, and how to articulate those clearly
