Successful candidate must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of mechanic issues across a broad range of subjects by attaining a satisfactory score on the NOCTI Mechanical exam, i.e. - Bearings, how they are used, installed and lubrication, brakes and clutches, pump maintenance, couplings and motors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, braking systems, blueprint reading, welding and use of the acetylene cutting torch.
Two (2) years of experience in the following areas is essential: Hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading, and equipment rebuild.
Good math skills, along with machine shop experience are also required.
Solid, stable work history
