High school diploma or equivalent required

Proven experience as a reliability technician or maintenance technician within pharmaceutical manufacturing or similarly regulated industries

In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment operation, maintenance requirements, and troubleshooting methodologies

Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), standard operating procedures, and OSHA safety regulations

Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and relevant software applications for documentation and tracking

Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and meet the physical demands of the role

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Technical certifications or specialized training in pharmaceutical equipment maintenance, industrial maintenance, or related disciplines

Experience with reliability-centered maintenance strategies and predictive maintenance techniques

Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

Knowledge of equipment automation systems, PLCs, and control systems used in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments

Availability to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.

* Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science, preferably with a major in Biology or Chemistry, and 0-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment is required; or * Associate's Degree in Natural Science and 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment is required; or * High School Diploma and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical GMP environment is required.

Knowledge of cGMPs and safety regulations is required.

Fluent in both Spanish and English is required.

Basic computer, software knowledge, and word processing is required.

Knowledge use ANSI Inspectors Rule is required.

Availability to work 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 12-hour shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays is required.
