Bachelor Degree (or better) in Accounting required.

Active CPA license

Five to seven years of related accounting experience required

PC proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Familiarity with accounting systems such as Yardi required.

Some experience in budgeting, forecasting and proforma preparation and analysis required.

Working knowledge of GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley.

At least 2 years property accounting experience preferred.
