Candidates must be able to work the complete assigned shift and accommodate overtime or alternate schedules when required.
The candidate must have working knowledge of manufacturing operations, capacity planning, standard work, QMS documentation, and basic problem-solving methods.
Proficiency with ERP systems and standard business software is required
The ability to maintain accurate production, employee, timekeeping, training, and competency records.
The ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and work instructions is required.
Proficiency in English is required
Two or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
Two or more years of supervisory experience
