Previous experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field.

Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Canva.

Experience managing websites and digital content.

Strong social media, email marketing, and content creation skills.

Experience managing calendars and coordinating multiple activities simultaneously.

Photography and videography experience preferred.

Sewing or quilting experience is a plus, but candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.

Stable work history with demonstrated longevity, ideally 2+ years in recent positions.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field

7+ years of experience in energy procurement, energy origination, utility management, power marketing, energy development, commodity sourcing, or related fields

Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements

Solid understanding of electricity markets, utility frameworks, and energy supply agreements

Demonstrated financial modeling and commercial analysis capabilities

Demonstrated ability to responsibly use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, analysis, market research, and decision support

Experience negotiating PPAs, VPPAs, ESAs, utility tariffs, natural gas agreements, LNG contracts, or carbon-free energy transactions

Experience supporting large industrial, semiconductor, manufacturing, or hyperscale data center energy portfolios

Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving energy supply, infrastructure development, utility services, generation assets, or other large-scale strategic transactions

Knowledge of North American and APAC energy markets

Experience with nuclear, geothermal, energy storage, hydrogen, or other emerging energy technologies

MBA or Master's degree preferred
