Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field; or Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical, engineering or science field.

Incumbents must be a U.S. Person.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a custom, make to order, highly engineered product manufacturing environment

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD or similar program

Working knowledge of a broad range of manufacturing disciplines, with a primary focus on electrical assembly, "bench-top" mechanical assembly is necessary

Strong working knowledge of IPC standards (IPC-610, J-STD / IPC-7711/7721)

Bachelor's Degree in related engineering field is preferred

Some experience in machining, coating, UV printing, laser engraving, welding and/or joining processes is desirable

Familiarity with 10CFR50 Appendix B requirements is a plus not but required

Deep familiarity with ASME NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR Part 21, 10 CFR 71 Sub-Part H, 10 CFR 72 Subpart G, 10 CFR 830, and DOE/NRC Guidelines.

Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) from a four-year college or university; or five to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Regular, predictable, and on-site attendance is an essential function of this position.

Requires US Citizenship (not just authorized to work in the US).

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Experience working under NQA-1, ISO, and/or DOE Order 414.1D quality programs.

Experience with ASME B31.1 and ASME B31.3

Experience with ASME Section III and/or ASME Section VIII quality programs

Experience with AISC quality program.
