High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing, machining, mechanical, or related production experience
Working knowledge of measuring devices and production equipment.
Basic computer proficiency, including CNC control systems and Microsoft Office applications,
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, move, and carry materials weighing up to 40 pounds frequently and heavier loads with appropriate assistance.
Ability to perform repetitive bending, stooping, reaching, and overhead work.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures.
