High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding work instructions.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
Experience operating and setting up CNC machining centers, grinders, lasers, EDM equipment, or similar machinery.
Proficiency using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
Close vision, distance vision, depth perception, peripheral vision, and focus adjustment required.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures.
