The position requires extensive travel to data centers across the United States

Proven experience working as a data center technician in a live data center environment

Hands-on experience pulling and terminating cabling in structured cabling or data center projects

Practical experience working with both coax and fiber cabling, including replacement and upgrade activities

Strong troubleshooting skills related to data center cabling and connectivity issues

Ability and willingness to travel extensively nationwide, with the flexibility to be on the road for up to approximately two weeks at a time

Experience supporting large-scale cabling initiatives or infrastructure upgrade projects in data centers

Working in teams that establish new processes and procedures for technical operations

Familiarity with working alongside Level 1 technicians and providing guidance or leadership during project transitions
