High School education or equivalent.
Medical clearance evaluation prior to employee's first use of a respirator and annual evaluation thereafter.
Basic reading skills necessary to perform the functions of the job.
Basic computer skills required.
1-2 years of current experience in manufacturing painting/airless paint equipment.
Experience in application of paints and primers.
Must be familiar with painting equipment, material preparation and surface bonding characteristics.
Eye test required every three years.
Light to medium lifting.
Lifting up to 35 lbs.
Required to be clean shaven to properly wear safety equipment.
May need to climb ladders.
Use of fall restraint equipment.
