Bachelor's degree in Welding or Industrial Engineering required.
Over 2 years of job-related experience in manufacturing and weld engineering.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing subject areas.
Ability to work to a high degree of accuracy in a broad range of tasks associated with production welding with limited supervision.
Knowledge of design techniques, weld tooling, and weld processes involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
Knowledge of welding processes, equipment and robotic applications.
Experienced in weld validations, weld processes and developing welding procedure specifications (WPS).
Experience with or understanding of IQ, OQ and PQ applications related to validation of equipment and processes.
Proficient with Solid Edge or Solid Works or Auto-CAD programs.
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
