5+ years of work experience in electrical, pipe fitting, machinist, or other trade.

Lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Use ladders regularly.

Experience interpreting drawings and schematics.

GMP pharma experience.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills; repairing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting.

Boiler and/or steam experience.

Documentation and CMMS experience.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in pumps / mechanical repair, maintenance or servicing OR completion of an accredited EASA or military training program.

Requires previous experience conducting diagnostic trouble shooting, disassembly, measurement, data collection, failure analysis, repair, re-assembly, and testing and safety abilities at a career skilled tradesman level.

High School Diploma or the Equivalent.

A Certificate or Associates Degree in a mechanical or related field preferred.

Preventative maintenance experience in CNC machining, machine tool, industrial maintenance, or manufacturing

Working knowledge of CNC mills, lathes, or machining centers

Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and coolant systems

Strong mechanical aptitude and an eye for developing equipment issues

Ability to follow equipment manuals, PM procedures, and schedules

Strong commitment to safety and lockout/tagout

High school diploma or equivalent

Basic electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with coolant systems, chip conveyors, mist collectors, compressors, or chillers

Technical or industrial maintenance training

Compensation $25 to $35 per hour.

Three or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

Must have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motor

Must be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overhead

Able to lift and pull 50 lbs. as needed while performing work

Able to read, interpret, and analyze computer generated reports and accurately complete all tasks

Must be proficient reading mechanical drawings / schematics and OEM technical print

Proficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work holidays and weekends per business needs

Available for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as required

Candidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members

Additional technical training or certifications desire

Prior experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferred

Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferred

Knowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferred
