Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.
Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems.
Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics.
Advanced Workday configuration experience.
Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations.
Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.
Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.
5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
Experience configuring Workday
Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
