Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum **7+ years of estimating experience** in one or more of the following areas: * Mechanical Construction * Electrical Construction * Process Piping * Manufacturing Facilities * Industrial Construction * Civil/Structural Construction * Architectural Construction

Proven experience preparing estimates for large capital construction projects.

Strong quantity takeoff experience and ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Experience utilizing electronic takeoff software and estimating tools, including CAD Measure or similar platforms.

Working knowledge of commercially available construction estimating systems.

Performance-based commissions + bonuses

Weekly commission payouts

Average first-year earnings: $60,000-$90,000
