Associate degree with 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, OR Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, OR Master's degree in, OR PhD, OR 5+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in lieu of a degree

Experience working with castings and/or forgings either producing or processing downstream

Understanding of metal removal and processing of Aerospace components

Knowledge of FAIR (First Article Inspection Report) process, APQP, and PPAP

Practical knowledge of source/method change and classified parts control

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and / or Black Belt certification

Starting pay rate up to $29.00 per hour

$2.00 per hour 3rd shift premium

Associate Degree in STEM discipline _OR_ 2+ years comparable work experience is required

Tooling selection / application experience in manufacturing setting

Basic tooling design

Troubleshooting tooling issues, providing countermeasures of failure modes

Tooling performance testing and reporting

Ability to operate machining and measurement equipment

Competent understanding of standard GD&T;

Proven proficiency with computer reporting, including excel worksheets

Must be self-mobile, able to sit or stand for long periods of time

Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and up to 50 pounds on occasion

Demonstrated professional sales experience with pneumatic products and industrial-automation applications.

Proven record of achieving sales growth through new-customer acquisition, competitive conversions, dormant-account recovery, or expansion of existing accounts.

Working knowledge of pneumatic, motion, fluid-control, electrical, sensing, and related automation product categories relevant to the assigned market.

Proven ability to discuss technical applications credibly and engage internal specialists or engineers when deeper expertise is required.

Experience managing a geographic territory, sales pipeline, account portfolio, or similar book of business.

Demonstrated ability to prospect, conduct effective customer visits, develop opportunities, negotiate, and close business.

Experience using a CRM to document sales activity, maintain opportunities, and produce accurate forecasts.

Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory

Meet customer-site access and safety requirements.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, engineering technology, industrial distribution, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

CFPPS (Certified Fluid Power Pneumatics Specialist)

Established relationships within the assigned territory or target industrial markets.

Experience selling through or alongside an industrial distributor, automation integrator, machine builder, OEM, or manufacturer channel.

Experience with Selltis or another sales-focused CRM platform.

Experience selling engineered solutions in partnership with application specialists, controls engineers, or other technical resources.
