Schedule is MondayFriday, with overtime possible as needed to meet project milestones.

1+ years of structured cabling experience (Cat 5e/6 pulling, terminating, and testing).

Working knowledge of punch-down tools, crimpers, and cable certification testers.

Ability to read and follow floor plans, cable schedules, and labeling schedules.

Comfortable working at heights on ladders, scaffolds, and lifts.

Ability to pass a background check.

Valid drivers license

Reliable transportation to the job site.

BICSI, CommScope Networks, or manufacturer cabling certification (e.g., CCNT, Installer 1/2).

Experience in industrial, commercial, or utility environments.

Experience with fiber termination or low-voltage systems such as security and access control.

OSHA 10 or 30 card.

Experience operating scissor or boom lifts.

Own hand tools.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and carry boxes of cable and equipment is required.

PPE is required, including hard hat, safety glasses, and safety footwear, plus any customer-specific requirements.

$15 per hour

Completing certification and servicing at least 10 hours in Week 1: $50

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM ET.

A minimum of 20 hours per week

Certification runs for 10 days, Monday-Friday, from 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM ET

Hourly Base Pay: $18.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.

Eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year
