PCA provides up to 100 paid training hours per year to help technicians advance through the progressive skill levels and achieve higher pay.

PCA provides Safety shoes and Safety Glass stipends

PCA provides a tool stipend (or replacement) to help technicians maintain basic hand tools. PCA provides all special and heavy tools.

Will willingly work all necessary hours and shifts and is able to work on call as needed.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of 1 year(s) Industrial Maintenance experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

Basic Electrical experience and troubleshooting ability

Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical drawings.

Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.

Must be able to stand, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, stoop, and bend.

Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Computer proficiency including Microsoft and Windows products

Experience with PLC programming, especially Siemens and Allen-Bradley a plus

Experience with and knowledge on machine control systems

Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment is preferred

Technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus

$28.00 per hour

Schedule: Day shifts, rotating weekends

Valid Behavior Technician (BT) certification required

Be 21+ years old

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Have reliable transportation and a valid CA Driver's License

Must pass a background check

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or related conditions preferred

Previous experience in human services is a plus
