High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of machining experience in a machine shop environment, or equivalent advanced machining training plus relevant hands-on experience.
Advanced experience setting up and operating a broad range of manual, conventional, and/or CNC machines used to machine complex metal components.
Strong experience with multiple machining processes such as milling, turning, grinding, boring, and/or EDM.
Experience interpreting blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to perform complex machining operations and maintain required tolerances.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and quality issues
Ability to use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify conformance of finished parts.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and wear required personal protective equipment, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Successful completion of an assessment for the job class, background check, and drug screen.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
