High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Ability to follow routers and written procedures accurately.
Basic math skills.
Ability to use basic hand-held measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle and manipulate small components.
Ability to perform detailed, repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Ability to stand for extended periods, with periodic sitting, bending, and stooping.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 10 to 30 pounds on a routine basis.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Consistent use of both hands to perform repetitive assembly and inspection tasks.
Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required to inspect small components and perform precision work.
