Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work outside (in a wide variety of weather conditions and extreme temperatures) for extended periods
Ability to use a variety of hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Ability to read, write and interpret the English language and technical directions

Landfill Gas Technician

Pull, clean, and service pumps according to the preventive maintenance schedule
On-call nights & weekends
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Install, repair, and maintain landfill gas system components in the field
Regular walking, bending, climbing, and working on slopes or rough ground
Respond to after-hours GCCS alarms or malfunctions on an on-call rotation
Calibrate, operate, and maintain electronic monitoring and data-collection equipment
Requires strenuous physical activity, including lifting, pushing, and pulling items over 50 lbs.
100% outdoor role
Requires working in all weather conditions
Work is performed entirely outdoors, year-round, in all weather conditions
Run and fuse poly pipe as needed for system expansions or repairs
