Broad project controls experience with a strong emphasis on construction scheduling and cost control.
Handson construction site experience
Plant or industrial facility experience, with exposure to complex generation or similar heavy industrial environments.
Proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6, including critical path analysis, float path analysis, lookahead report preparation and review, schedule mitigation, and whatif analysis.
Experience acting as a point of contact for site construction management and project management teams on scheduling and project controls matters.
Experience monitoring change orders, forecasts, and invoicing, and working with cost analysts on budget performance, cost measurements, monthly reporting, and accruals.
Familiarity with contract administration processes, including contract adherence, potential change order mitigation, and contract clarifications.
Document control experience using a formal document control system, including managing fieldgenerated documents and maintaining a reliable system of record.
Working knowledge of Oracle Unifier and Oracle Unifier Mobile or similar document control platforms used for field data capture and documentation.
