You have a high school diploma/GED.

You have 2 years of on-the-job experience in manufacturing, operations, production, agriculture, or a related field.

You can use and train on automation and digital-based systems, you are knowledgeable of computer systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and other software programs and can use them effectively.

You are willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations

You are willing and able to work shiftwork, overtime hours, and weekend work as needed to support production goals.

An associate degree, two-year technical diploma/degree.

Supervisory experience across multiple production processes

Experience with SAP or equivalent manufacturing operations software.

Forklift operations experience.

Experience with LEAN Manufacturing operations and projects.
